Applications are open to become a sponsor or vendor now until May 15, 2023.Please submit images of your setup and products/services with the application or website and/or social links.

Booth fees range from $350 on up for individual booths and a 50% deposit must be made with the application. Balance to be paid in full 90 days prior to the event. Space is not guaranteed until the exhibitor has received the application and 50% deposit or in full. Registrations are accepted in the order in which they are received until all spaces are filled. NC Outdoor Living Show will review and send confirmation if accepted one way or the other.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Full refunds will be given if written cancellation is received at least 90 days prior to the event. If written cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to the event, 50% will be refunded. Cancellation within 45 days of the event will not be refunded.
